In this position, the selected individual will focus on product development for advertising initiatives, specifically emphasizing video advertisements, customizable interactive formats, and AI-driven promotions featuring user-generated content. Responsibilities span the complete software development lifecycle, involving architecture, implementation, quality assurance, experimentation, analytics, and final deployment.
Ideal candidates bring a product-oriented mindset to web engineering and possess experience creating resilient, data-intensive applications. The engineering team utilizes technologies such as TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Go, React, Thrift, gRPC, Kubernetes, Docker, Codex, and Cursor.
Reddit compensates this position with a base salary between $164,200 and $229,900 USD, alongside restricted stock units and potential commissions based on the specific offer.
