The organization is currently hiring an Order Fulfillment Associate to join the daily operations at the fulfillment facility located in Romeoville, Illinois. This position centers primarily on preparing and packing outbound patient shipments with high accuracy to guarantee timely delivery. In this role, team members will also handle incoming inventory, stock fulfillment stations, operate manual pallet jacks for material movement, and keep the workspace organized and secure.

Responsibilities
- Package and ship outbound patient orders accurately following standard operating procedures
- Construct boxes and prepare packaging materials to meet daily dispatch deadlines
- Receive and organize incoming warehouse inventory
- Operate manual pallet jacks occasionally to move materials throughout the building
- Monitor supply levels and restock fulfillment stations to keep them fully operational
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace across all facility areas
- Collaborate with colleagues to accomplish daily shipping quotas and operational goals
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding daily tasks
