Delta Capita is seeking a Full Stack Developer specializing in Node.js to join their team for a permanent, full-time position. Delta Capita operates as a global managed services, consulting, and solutions provider within the financial sector, combining technology innovation with financial industry expertise. Their proprietary Distributed Ledger Technology and workflow orchestration platform, known as MACH, modernizes post-trade, collateral, regulatory, and operational processes for global financial clients.
In this role, the software engineer will take a leading part in building blockchain and distributed ledger solutions. Responsibilities include architecting applications across frontend, backend, and database layers, optimizing performance, and mentoring junior team members. Responsibilities
- Design and build responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Lead the creation of scalable, high-performance web systems

- Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging activities
- Monitor developments in software engineering and blockchain innovations

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in software development with React and backend frameworks like Express or NestJS
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
- Familiarity with SQL, database design, and relational database management systems such as PostgreSQL
- Proven experience building RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of frontend state management tools like Redux
- Experience utilizing Git, continuous integration and deployment pipelines, and testing frameworks
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Understanding of performance optimization methodologies
