NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is currently seeking a Functional Lead, AI & Agentforce Delivery to join their team on a remote basis. In this role, the successful candidate will manage customer-facing artificial intelligence and Agentforce implementation projects, focusing particularly on deployments utilizing proprietary accelerators and products.

This position requires an individual who can balance high-level strategy with hands-on operational management. The functional lead will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, transition accounts smoothly from sales to delivery, oversee project financial tracking and timelines, and collaborate closely with team members. Responsibilities
- Manage overall delivery of artificial intelligence and Agentforce implementation projects utilizing company products and accelerators
- Act as functional lead to shape the overall solution and oversee day-to-day work and customer relationships
- Guide customers and internal teams in defining use cases and business outcomes
- Transition clients smoothly from the sales process to project delivery by reviewing agreements and facilitating kick-offs and onboarding
- Plan, monitor, and manage project financials, scope, and schedules
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for operational aspects and relationship building
- Facilitate regular status meetings with project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders
- Supervise internal team members during solution delivery
- Read out documented and measured outcomes for live solutions prior to project closeout
- Stay informed on internal division initiatives, products, and solutions to foster innovation and efficiency
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a delivery leader overseeing artificial intelligence implementation of business solutions on Salesforce or AWS platforms across all project phases
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills suitable for audiences of all levels
- Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment
- Experience leading delivery as a project manager or scrum leader
- Experience with estimation, sizing, statements of work, and change order contracting
- Demonstrated track record of writing statements of work and change requests and managing scope
Qualifications
- Certified Salesforce Administrator certification
- Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or Management
