Responsibilities center on maintaining data consistency between the primary CRM and revenue platforms, resolving integration errors, generating reports for internal teams, and documenting data flows. Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute data synchronization and ETL processes between the primary CRM and third-party revenue channels
  • Develop and run reports and data extracts for finance, development, and marketing teams
  • Serve as the primary contact for data requests from the advancement team and channel leaders
  • Provide technical troubleshooting for data integrity issues, integration failures, and system errors
  • Handle duplicate record merges, data updates, and batch data entry into Salesforce
  • Configure CRM settings and administer donor-facing technology platforms alongside technology and development teams
  • Maintain documentation for data flows, system integrations, reporting processes, and data quality standards

Requirements

  • Authorized to work for any United States employer without visa sponsorship
  • Proficiency in administering and managing data for a major CRM platform
  • Experience using data querying tools or languages for data manipulation and extraction
  • Familiarity with data integration or ETL tools to connect separate systems
