Coins.ph is hiring an FX sales manager in Manila to acquire and grow foreign exchange and remittance clients, including enterprise, institutional, merchant, corporate and remittance partner accounts. The role covers building client relationships with market insight, negotiating pricing and spreads within company guidelines, and working with trading and operations teams to deliver smooth execution. It is a full-time, hybrid position requiring 3+ years of FX, treasury, payments or corporate sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and grow FX clients, both retail and enterprise
- Build and maintain client relationships and provide market insight and FX advisory
- Negotiate pricing, spreads and transaction terms within company guidelines
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings, and deliver against volume, revenue and onboarding targets
Requirements
- 3+ years in FX, treasury, payments or corporate sales
- Strong understanding of FX products, remittances and local and global payment flows
- Excellent client-facing, communication and negotiation skills
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or a related field
