This full-time on-site sales support role at SGS in the Philippines helps sales representatives and managers with quotations, RFP packages and CRM records. Responsibilities
- Prepare client quotations, proposals, fee terms, agreements and statements of work in SGS format.
- Compile documents for RFPs, including certifications and resumes.
- Enter quotations and customer updates into the CRM and LIMS systems.
- Carry out market and competitor research and respond to standard sales inquiries.
Requirements
- Ability to read and apply procedure manuals and written, oral or diagram instructions.
- Strong one-on-one and small-group presentation skills.
- Commitment to timely responses by phone, email and Teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- English at B2 level or better.
- Prior sales support experience in professional services is desirable.
