Responsibilities
- Review documents against work instructions and process audit report packs in GBS systems.
- Generate and issue certificates.
- Check submitted documents and issue invoices to clients.
- Carry out administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree.
- At least two years of back-office experience processing data in IT applications.
- Oral and written English and Chinese, with at least HSK or TOCFL Level 4 in Chinese.
Qualifications
- Experience with queries and report writing.
- Experience with certification and SGS IT tools such as CertIQ is desirable.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
