The position involves coaching existing individual contributors and team leads, establishing performance metrics, and building standardized procedures for complex deployments ranging from multi-property setups to properties with 25 to over 100 rooms. Success in this role relies on strengthening onboarding velocity, deployment quality, and early-lifecycle retention while working collaboratively across cross-functional departments.

Responsibilities
- Coach, lead, and develop the Mid-Market Onboarding team consisting of senior coaches and project managers
- Oversee the complete onboarding lifecycle for mid-market clients starting from sales handoffs to the final transition to Account Management
- Develop standardized Standard Operating Procedures, configuration standards, and frameworks for deployments involving multi-property setups and 25 to over 100 rooms
- Track and monitor key performance indicators including deployment quality scores, onboarding velocity, training completion rates, and early retention
- Manage capacity forecasting, resource distribution, and headcount planning for the division
- Act as a senior escalation resource for at-risk or complex mid-market implementations
- Collaborate across departments such as Sales, Product, Support, Professional Services, and Account Management
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience in hospitality or hospitality technology
- Hands-on background in customer implementation or onboarding alongside team leadership experience
- Demonstrated history of designing or significantly upgrading onboarding functions and frameworks
- Proven capability in hiring, coaching, and managing customer-facing personnel within a distributed international team
- Solid project management foundation covering scopes, milestones, timelines, and risk mitigation for multi-stakeholder deployments
- Extensive familiarity with hotel operations and the operational challenges of mid-market, multi-property hospitality clients
Qualifications
- Business-professional fluency in additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese
- Direct implementation or onboarding background at a hospitality SaaS or Property Management System company
- Familiarity with hospitality fintech, payments, or property management systems
- Experience developing onboarding divisions at scale-up enterprises
- Background collaborating with hotel management companies, consultant ecosystems, or small chains
