Wiz is seeking a Global Head of Field Operations to act as a strategic driver for its go-to-market organization. In this remote, full-time position, the professional will optimize revenue operations, maximize operational efficiency, and oversee daily operational strategies.
This role suits an experienced, senior operations leader with a background in managing global teams and Go To Market operational stacks. The selected candidate will report directly to the GTM Operations Leader and work closely with cross-functional departments. The position includes a base salary ranging from USD 186,000 to 254,000 per year, alongside bonuses, equity, and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategies to optimize revenue operations and increase efficiency.
- Manage daily revenue operations functions to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Examine operational data to pinpoint performance trends and deploy practical solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional groups including FP&A, Procurement, IT, HR, Deal Desk, and marketing operations.
- Direct, mentor, and foster the professional growth of operations staff members.
- Collaborate with the GTM Systems and Tools team on technology implementation and adoption.
- Work alongside the GTM Analytics team to build KPIs and dashboards for performance tracking.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to improve sales forecasting and pipeline planning.
- Monitor industry developments and emerging operational technologies to recommend continuous enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue operations or a comparable capacity
- Prior leadership experience managing a global team in a senior capacity
- Background in managing and developing operations personnel
- Familiarity with operational tools and systems such as Salesforce, Forecasting Management, Commission Management, or Tableau
- Legal right to work in the country where the role is based without requiring visa sponsorship
