Job Description
This full-time, on-site post in Bengaluru oversees compliance, governance and risk for workspace and facilities at every InMobi Group office. The holder makes sure each location honours regulatory duties, ISO benchmarks, safety expectations and company policy, and builds frameworks that let facilities operate securely and lawfully across many countries at once.
Audit work sits at the heart of the job. The Global Lead runs internal and external ISO and compliance audits, keeps evidence organised, closes findings quickly and coordinates with other functions so certifications stay valid year after year. The post also covers CCTV, badge access, fire precautions and general security, and confirms that each site satisfies local legal requirements and the company's security standards.
Suppliers are another major focus. Facility contractors, security firms and other service providers are checked against agreed service levels and contract terms through audits, due diligence and risk reviews. When a breach happens, the lead investigates, sets corrective and preventive steps and keeps incident records up to date. Privacy duties for workplace systems, including GDPR-related obligations and the handling of CCTV footage, are shared with the information security team.
Beyond compliance itself, the role drafts shared workplace policies, reports dashboards and risk updates to senior leaders, and works with legal, finance, HR, information security and procurement colleagues. The ideal person has over a decade of experience covering compliance, facilities or governance work, has managed operations and vendor networks across several countries, and can explain analysis plainly. Success means clean audit results, full adherence across offices, fewer incidents and stronger staff confidence in safety systems.
