In this position, the professional acts as a growth architect responsible for expanding the global workforce from one hundred to over two hundred employees within a twelve-month timeframe. Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize the overarching talent acquisition strategy and execution framework
- Expand, mentor, and empower an internal talent acquisition team to achieve high performance
- Integrate modern artificial intelligence tools and workflow technology to accelerate sourcing and improve insights
- Collaborate with company leaders to assess hiring needs, gaps, and business impact across roles
- Build recruitment dashboards and tracking key performance indicators for a predictable recruitment lifecycle
- Manage hands-on sourcing and hiring for critical, executive, and hyper-niche roles across international time zones
- Translate business requirements into effective hiring priorities while maintaining talent standards
- Promote an employer brand centered on the deep-tech domain to attract top global talent
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting globally as a talent acquisition partner within the high-tech industry
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience guiding and mentoring a team in a tech or product company
- Hands-on background working in a fast-paced, global hyper-growth environment
- Excellent English communication skills to interact with candidates and internal teams worldwide
- Positive can-do attitude focused on solving problems and execution
Qualifications
