Responsibilities
- Manage risk operations tasks including transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and merchant risk assessments
- Communicate with business partners located in China using Mandarin proficiency
- Extract, examine, and report operational data using analytical applications
- Collaborate across various departments, geographic regions, and time zones
Requirements
- Accumulate at least three years of direct experience within risk management, anti-money laundering, compliance, or fraud operations
- Demonstrate practical knowledge in enhanced due diligence, know-your-customer processes, suspicious activity report preparation, or regulatory reporting
- Communicate fluently in written and verbal English
- Manage tasks independently while maintaining high attention to detail
Qualifications
- Possess proficiency in Mandarin for business communication
- Hold a bachelor degree or advanced education in finance, accounting, legal studies, economics, business administration, data analytics, or a related discipline
- Bring familiarity with data tools such as SQL, Microsoft Excel, or business intelligence software
- Obtain a CAMS certification or equivalent professional credential
