Training divisions encompass debt collections and recoveries, credit risk management, credit granting and business development, legal, company secretarial duties, risk and compliance, auditing, accounting and finance, real estate sales and management, banking and investments, data analysis and protection, IT and cybersecurity, marketing and brand activations, sales, human resources and administration, customer service, operations, and records management.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured two-year rotation across various company departments
- Engage in practical on-the-job tasks under the mentorship of senior managers
