Lightspeed Commerce is seeking a Graphic Designer for a permanent work-from-home position to join its global brand team. In this role, you will help shape the company visual identity across marketing campaigns, sales tools, product marketing, internal communications, and other digital and print channels. You will transform creative direction into polished visual assets by applying strong layout, typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy. Working in collaboration with marketers, writers, designers, and project managers, you will manage tasks from initial concept through final production while ensuring brand consistency. The position requires availability to work European hours corresponding to 4 pm to 1 am PHT.

Responsibilities
- Design and produce creative assets across digital and print channels including campaigns, presentations, sales tools, internal communications, social media, and landing pages
- Translate creative direction into effective visual designs using strong typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Contribute creative concepts and solutions that support business goals and brand identity
- Maintain brand consistency while ensuring deliverables meet technical specifications and quality standards
- Prepare pixel-perfect, production-ready files tailored to various formats, platforms, and audiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, writers, marketers, and project managers on creative projects
- Manage assigned tasks and deadlines, communicate progress proactively, and raise potential challenges
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to bring new ideas to the team
Requirements
- Previous experience in graphic design or a related field with a focus on digital design
- A portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, attention to detail, and quality creative work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Confidence in asking questions, seeking feedback, and raising challenges
- Availability to work European hours from 4 pm to 1 am PHT
