Nash is seeking a GTM Engineer to operate and scale the growth systems that power the company's go-to-market engine. Nash builds an autonomic logistics platform that unifies real-time decisioning, execution, and capacity for brands such as Walmart, Urban Outfitters, 7-Eleven, and Woolworths. Founded in 2021 by Mahmoud Ghulman and Aziz Alghunaim and backed by investors including Y Combinator and a16z, the company is headquartered in San Francisco and operates as a remote-first organization.
In this role, the GTM Engineer will maintain and expand the internal GTM OS platform, build and deploy AI-driven agents across the revenue pipeline, and unify paid advertising and ABM infrastructure. The ideal professional brings a background in building growth tech stacks, developing production-grade software, and managing outbound messaging and deliverability. This position offers an opportunity to directly shape growth operations at an early-stage, well-funded startup.
Responsibilities
- Build and run AI agents across the go-to-market motion for account research, signal qualification, message construction, routing, and reply handling
- Construct infrastructure to run paid and ABM programs as a single system driven by CRM audiences and automated rules
- Manage the account context layer, including entity resolution, evidence typing, freshness, provenance, and market segment rules
- Develop on the internal GTM OS platform to provide capabilities to sales and marketing within their existing tools
- Serve as the technical owner of go-to-market systems, the CRM, and all associated data models, routing logic, and integrations
- Take ownership of sending infrastructure, domain strategy, warming, suppression, and sender reputation across communication programs
- Maintain high production standards with evaluations, observability, permissions, and auditability
- Drive reply and meeting rates, pipeline generation, revenue, and cost-efficiency per account worked
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of running outbound, paid, ABM, or lifecycle programs with verifiable pipeline results
- Experience shipping and maintaining production services, agents, or data pipelines
- Practical experience applying AI to go-to-market systems, including LLM-based automation and integrations
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, utilizing tools like Claude Code or Cursor
- Experience building and debugging API integrations covering auth, rate limits, sync direction, and failure modes
- Development experience with Salesforce covering data models, APIs, and Apex, or the ability to learn it rapidly
- Data fluency encompassing SQL, warehouse concepts, and data quality troubleshooting
