Job Description

Nutrislice is a foodservice software company offering digital ordering, menus, and signage for more than 20,000 sites worldwide, from schools to hospitals and corporate cafeterias. This remote, full-time Hardware Operations Specialist keeps Nutrislice hardware moving through its lifecycle, covering signage screens, media players, digital label units, and ticket printers. The specialist reports to the Senior Manager of Hardware Operations and handles logistics: ordering equipment, scheduling installs, tracking deliveries, and keeping records current. Some working familiarity with signage displays and their hardware is needed.

On standard rollouts, the specialist runs the process from order to deployment with limited supervision and assists the Senior Manager on complex installs. Other duties include keeping spreadsheets and databases up to date, tracking project timelines and milestones across departments, and organizing on-site installs. The specialist provides phone and email technical support for clients and contracted field technicians and escalates anything unresolved. Writing up process notes and updating internal knowledge base articles also falls to the role.

Applicants must live in one of the listed states, and the posting says anyone outside them will not be considered. Reference and background checks are required before the start date, and the company does not provide visa sponsorship.
