Services Afri 9in Limited seeks a Head, Food Production & Kitchen Operations to manage and oversee food creation processes in Benin City, Edo State.
This position requires an experienced professional to establish and maintain an integrated production framework. Key areas of focus include menu development, recipe standardization, cost tracking, inventory management, sanitation standards, staff supervision, equipment upkeep, operational efficiency, and patron satisfaction.
This role fits experienced culinary leaders with a background in supervising kitchen teams and controlling food production systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce an integrated food-production system spanning menu planning and approved recipes
- Manage portion and yield control alongside food costing and stock usage
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and oversee equipment functionality
- Supervise personnel and manage service speed to optimize the customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of relevant kitchen, restaurant, catering, or food-production experience
- At least two years of experience in a supervisory, head-chef, production-lead, or multi-unit role
