Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations with site supervisors across multiple sites
- Coordinate inspection activities with branch supervisors and commodity coordinators
- Implement and maintain safety standards and compliance across all sites, with the quality team
- Manage and resolve client issues, and monitor performance on quality, safety and staffing at each location
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in a management role
- Knowledge of laboratory process flow, or experience in commodity inspection such as sampling, testing and certification
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and operate with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, and in English
Qualifications
- Planning, organizing and problem-solving skills
