Angkas is hiring a Head of Driver Marketing on a full-time, on-site basis in the Philippines. The role grows driver supply to meet regional and seasonal demand through targeted acquisition campaigns, referral and incentive programs, and onboarding flow improvements. It also covers lifecycle strategy to keep drivers engaged and loyal, driver communications, recognition programs, and analysis of churn and satisfaction data.
Responsibilities
- Develop and run strategies to grow driver supply across regions and seasons.
- Design multichannel acquisition campaigns and oversee referral, bonus and incentive programs.
- Lead lifecycle strategy and driver communications across SMS, in-app notifications and social media.
- Analyze churn, satisfaction and performance metrics, and measure return on campaigns with data teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or management, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong marketing sense and communication skills in the assigned coverage area.
Qualifications
- Ability to represent the driver community and turn its feedback into strategy.
- Works closely with operations, product, customer support, brand and PR teams.
- Partners with brand and PR to showcase driver success stories.
