Job Description
Driftrock is a fully remote marketing technology company that helps automotive brands and dealers acquire customers. Among its clients are BMW, BYD, Mercedes-Benz and Volvo. Its platform collects enquiries from many channels, checks them in real time, runs follow-up messaging and tracks results all the way to the car sale. This full-time, permanent Head of Product role reports to the CEO and leads the team that sets direction for the platform.
The Head of Product is responsible for product strategy and outcomes across the customer platform (Capture, Convert and Connect) and internal tools. The job includes writing a 12-month roadmap, choosing what to build and what to skip, coaching a team of product managers and guiding new products from first research to launch with clear success measures. The role works alongside sales, marketing and customer success leads to shape pricing, positioning and launch plans, meets brands, dealers and partners in person each month, and gives the CEO and board updates on product results. The hiring process starts with a short intro call and ends with a final team conversation, and includes a live workshop built around a real Driftrock product challenge.
Applicants should have run the product function for a business-to-business software-as-a-service platform, ideally with consumer or product-led growth experience, and have grown revenue, retention or another core customer measure. Managing product managers and building a strong team is key, and strong senior or lead PMs are invited to apply. Proof that a major new product was carried from first research to market is expected, along with data-led experimentation and fluency in trade-offs with engineering and design. Pay falls between £85,000 and £105,000 a year, and equity comes as share options. The role is fully remote and open to people in the UK or abroad, with a short daily window of shared UK working time.

- Ability to collaborate with engineering and design heads on trade-offs and sequencing
- Clear communication, written and spoken, in a remote and asynchronous team
- Willingness to get hands-on, and experience in smaller, fast-growing companies
