The company seeks an HR Administrator to join the remote HR Operations shared services team. This professional will support international HR operations by handling employee lifecycle administration, system maintenance, payroll coordination, and operational processes across multiple jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will manage data accuracy, process employee transactions, maintain personnel records, and assist with compliance, reporting, and project administration. This position suits individuals with experience in human resources administration, shared services, and employee lifecycle processes within complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Process employee lifecycle transactions such as hires, transfers, organizational updates, compensation changes, benefits updates, and terminations
- Maintain complete and accurate employee records and personnel files following data privacy and retention rules
- Manage HR workflows, case management activities, and approve requests within established service standards
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee and manager operational inquiries
- Conduct data validation, quality assurance, and record updates across HR systems
- Prepare, validate, and distribute recurring operational reports, employee data extracts, and headcount metrics
- Coordinate payroll administration activities, maintain payroll calendars, and liaise with payroll providers
- Administer employee benefit programs, handle enrolments, reconciliations, and provider notifications
- Provide administrative support for HR projects, initiatives, annual people-cycle programs, and compliance audits
Requirements
- Experience supporting HR administration, operations, or shared services within a complex environment
- Experience processing employee lifecycle transactions and maintaining confidential employee records
- Experience using HR systems for transaction processing and record maintenance
- Experience supporting payroll coordination and employee benefits administration
- Experience preparing and validating HR reports, operational metrics, and employee data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools
