talaint is recruiting a HubSpot CRM Administrator for a fully remote role based in Bulgaria. The employer is a growing European IT services group with a strong presence in the DACH market, operating across Germany, Austria, Hungary, and Bulgaria. The group delivers managed IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence to organizations with complex technology needs. As the group expands and integrates new companies, it is establishing a dedicated team to harmonize business systems and data group-wide.
The HubSpot CRM Administrator will configure, administer, and maintain the HubSpot CRM platform as part of these integration activities. This professional will handle data structures, user permissions, workflows, automation rules, and lead management processes. The role also involves managing system integrations with other business platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, monitoring data quality, and supporting marketing automation efforts such as lead nurturing, segmentation, and scoring.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the HubSpot CRM platform including properties, data structures, user permissions, and lifecycle stages
- Develop, maintain, and optimize workflows, automation rules, and lead management processes within HubSpot
- Configure and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other business systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 to ensure reliable data synchronization
- Monitor CRM data quality, troubleshoot platform issues, and implement operational improvements
- Support marketing automation activities including campaign workflows, lead nurturing, segmentation, and lead scoring
- Monitor automation and campaign performance, identify issues, and apply improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to convert operational and marketing needs into scalable CRM configurations
Requirements
- Hands-on experience administering, configuring, and supporting HubSpot CRM
- Understanding of CRM data models, lifecycle stages, lead management, and business process automation
- Practical experience troubleshooting CRM issues, maintaining data quality, and managing system configurations
- Experience with CRM integrations, data synchronization, or API-based connectivity
- Familiarity with marketing automation concepts including email automation, lead nurturing, segmentation, and campaign reporting
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions while working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in English
