- Design artificial intelligence features that keep clinicians in control of reviewing and correcting outputs.

- Evaluate safety-critical workflows like e-prescribing and support ONC Safety-Enhanced Design evaluations.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and business analysts in Agile and Scrum environments.
- Maintain WCAG, Section 508, and HIPAA-safe research standards across all company offerings.
- Build the human-centered design practice by establishing research operations, templates, and standards.
- Coach teammates and mentor other designers and researchers in human-centered methods.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 or more years of professional background in user experience design, human-centered design, or user research, including enterprise or regulated industries.
- Proficiency in qualitative research methodologies, usability testing frameworks, Agile or Scrum delivery flows, and prototyping software like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Working familiarity with Section 508 and WCAG accessibility guidelines.
- Strong empathy, verbal storytelling, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- A portfolio or case studies displaying end-to-end research, prototyping, synthesis, and measurable impact.
- Availability to work during standard United States business hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST or 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST.
Qualifications
