Jumio is seeking an Identity Strategist for the EMEA region to act as a client-facing authority on identity verification and fraud prevention. Jumio operates as a business-to-business technology enterprise focused on eliminating financial crimes, money laundering, and digital identity fraud through automation, artificial intelligence, biometrics, machine learning, and liveness detection. In this full-time position, the professional functions as a forward-deployed consultant supporting enterprise clients throughout the entire customer journey, spanning pre-sales, initial onboarding, and ongoing expansion phases.
The person in this role collaborates with enterprise organizations to assess specific risk profiles, formulate customized fraud prevention strategies, and align technical offerings with business goals. Responsibilities include guiding clients through the launch process, overcoming operational or regulatory obstacles, and ensuring efficient solution deployment. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in client-facing advisory, technical account management, professional services, or product implementation within digital risk, fraud, or AML/KYC domains. This position requires solid analytical abilities, cross-functional coordination skills, and the capacity to explain complex fraud methodologies to executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with new and existing clients to evaluate risk profiles and build customized fraud strategies.
- Deliver expert advice regarding risk mitigation, user friction, and verification workflow optimization.
- Design standardized identity workflows tailored to different verticals for rapid adoption by incoming clients.
- Identify and resolve technical, regulatory, or policy-related bottlenecks to accelerate launch timelines.
- Guide client risk and fraud teams on emerging fraud trends and established industry practices.
- Verify the completion of implementation milestones and ensure integrations follow best practices.
- Coordinate launch planning, readiness reviews, and launch day execution.
Requirements
- Professional experience in digital risk, identity, fraud, AML/KYC, or a related domain.
- Client-facing background in consulting, professional services, solutions, product, implementation, or technical account management.
- Consultative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills centered on risk strategy and workflow design.
- Project management capabilities with experience coordinating cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and Legal/Compliance.
- Ability to communicate complex technical fraud concepts into clear narratives for executive audiences.
Qualifications
- Prior background involving identity verification, compliance, fintech, enterprise software solutions, or fraud.
- Technical familiarity with APIs, SaaS platforms, integrations, or implementation methods.
- Project management certification or equivalent practical experience.
- Background supporting global enterprise clients.
