Procentia, an award-winning technology company recognized as the Pension Technology Firm of the Year 2024, is currently hiring a remote Implementation Consultant with Calculations expertise. Established in 2002, the organization specializes in software for the Pensions and Pension Risk Transfer market, featuring its flagship web-based platform, IntelliPen. This position sits within a growing team responsible for rolling out automated pension calculations.
The person in this role will focus on configuring and maintaining benefit calculations inside the IntelliPen suite, incorporating Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution designs, equalised GMPs, valuations, and pension increases. Additional responsibilities include setting up workflows, data maintenance screens, system interfaces, payroll for pensioners, data migrations, and reporting. The professional will meet directly with clients to gather needs, manage communication during customisation, secure feedback and approval, and train users on the software features.

Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain pensions benefit calculations within the IntelliPen system based on client specifications
- Configure workflows, data maintenance screens, system interfaces, pensioner payroll, data migrations, and reporting
- Meet with clients to collect requirements and maintain communication throughout the software customisation phase
- Obtain client feedback and approval during software setup
- Teach clients how to navigate IntelliPen and specialized features, collaborating with the training team when needed

- Experience with implementing software systems
