The Implementations team manages platform onboarding for enterprise clients. The company is currently hiring an Implementation Consultant II, Construction to oversee complex client implementations with growing independence and manage end-to-end project delivery for lending clients.
This role is well suited for professionals who bring construction industry experience alongside the capability to adopt and deliver software. The position involves guiding clients through discovery sessions, designing project roadmaps, handling client-side escalations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Engineering. Artificial intelligence tools are utilized across the portfolio to enhance project planning, risk identification, and client communications.
Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, risk, and timelines for owner, developer, and general contractor implementations
- Lead client discovery and planning sessions to map business goals into software workflows
- Resolve high-impact client escalations and navigate organizational dynamics
- Document and share repeatable process improvements across the implementation team
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering on initiatives to decrease time-to-value
- Track and report implementation metrics and insights to leadership
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate project planning, risk tracking, and client communications
Requirements
- Possess two to four years of background in SaaS implementation, professional services, or enterprise project delivery
- Demonstrate a track record of delivering concurrent client implementations on schedule
- Show strong communication and relationship management skills with senior stakeholders
- Have working knowledge of construction project workflows and financial processes
Qualifications
- Experience in construction technology, financial services, fintech, or complex B2B software environments
- Direct work history within or closely alongside owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, or construction tech companies
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid implementation methodologies
- Proficiency with project management tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
