Responsibilities
- Manage multiple discovery phases during implementation, including Evive requirements templates, benefits class matrices, plan rules, and enrollment criteria
- Oversee the setup of digital experiences along with inbound and outbound data files
- Advise clients proactively on optimal procedures and act as an expert resource regarding software changes
- Identify system enhancements based on client feedback and assist developers and product managers with specifications
- Coordinate with internal centers of excellence and implementation groups to ensure all requested services have final requirements
- Establish realistic schedules, set client expectations, and anticipate potential hurdles
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and answer client questions concerning process or software limitations
- Locate project vulnerabilities and escalate them properly
- Build strategies aimed at boosting broker and client contentment
- Coach and mentor implementation analysts concerning project deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a business-related discipline
- At least three years of professional background in client consulting, relationship management, or implementation
- Practical familiarity with employee benefits and setup methods
- Advanced Microsoft Excel abilities including VLOOKUP functions, pivot tables, and data summaries
- General competence in additional Microsoft Office software programs
- Capability to travel when required
