In this role, the Implementation Manager will handle multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously, guiding customers from the initial sales handoff through adoption and transition to Customer Success. Responsibilities include conducting kickoffs, working sessions, and training for carrier claims teams, as well as managing project timelines and risk logs. The position involves hands-on platform configuration, data migration, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, alongside collaboration with Solutions Architects to integrate with the insurance ecosystem. Additionally, the individual will help shape the implementation playbook and guide clients through transitioning from in-person inspections to remote, scan-based workflows.

Responsibilities
- Manage several enterprise implementations simultaneously from sales handoff through Customer Success transition
- Lead customer kickoff meetings, working sessions, training, and status calls for carrier claims teams
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and executive status reports
- Perform platform configuration, data migration, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
- Coordinate with Solutions Architects regarding integrations with Verisk and Cotality
- Guide customers through change management when moving from in-person inspections to remote workflows
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of implementation playbooks, templates, and standard processes
- Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, Product, and Engineering for handoffs and escalations
Requirements
- 4+ years of direct, hands-on implementation experience at a SaaS company
- Experience delivering enterprise implementations and managing multiple concurrently
- Proven track record of building and refining systems, templates, or processes adopted by others
- Practical experience with configuration, data migration, integrations, and user acceptance testing for workflow products
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams
- Ability to work autonomously in a small-company environment with shifting priorities
- Clear communication skills with stakeholders ranging from end users to executives
Qualifications
- Experience with insurance claims products or the insurance technology ecosystem such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Verisk, or Cotality
- Experience driving change management for large customer teams adopting new workflows
- Background implementing workflow-based platforms like ServiceNow, Procore, ServiceTitan, Airtable, monday.com, Ironclad, UiPath, or Celonis
