The manager leads the new-rider program that helps newly signed-up riders build confidence, form good habits and reach consistent earnings within their first month. The role sets stage milestones, analyzes where new riders struggle or drop off, runs in-app and other messaging, and works with product, operations and data teams to improve the early experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage a step-by-step program that helps new riders reach consistent earnings within their first month.
- Set milestones for each stage, from a first successful trip to becoming a dependable regular.
- Analyze rider behavior to find where new riders struggle or drop off, and design targeted fixes.
- Develop in-app messaging and guide product and operations teams on walkthroughs, earnings tools and local onboarding.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years in marketing, customer or user lifecycle management, growth, or a related field.
- A record of using data to find the cause of a problem, not only reporting on it.
- Experience with tools that send behavior-triggered messages to users.
- Strong cross-team collaboration and clear communication, in writing and in person.
Qualifications
- Experience in the Philippine market is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with ride-hailing, delivery or similar platforms is helpful but not required.
