Responsibilities
- Perform cybersecurity requirements engineering by specifying, reviewing, analyzing, and tracing requirements
- Develop, align, and implement a unified holistic concept for cybersecurity requirements engineering
- Partner with and train various departments to facilitate cybersecurity requirements engineering
- Drive the rollout and training of organizational cybersecurity processes and activities
- Fulfill compliance obligations from standards, regulations, and best practices including IEC 62443, NERC CIP, EU Data Act, and CRA
- Conduct organizational training regarding requirements engineering and cybersecurity procedures
Requirements
- Experience performing cybersecurity requirements engineering within operational technology or product security
- Proficiency with requirements engineering tools such as Polarion, MagicDraw, or DOORS
- Background in defining, deploying, and training processes within an enterprise organization
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and regulations including IEC 62443, CRA, NERC CIP, BDEW Whitepaper, and ISO27001
- Proficiency in the English language
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, iterative planning, and backlog management
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in IT Security, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with an IT Security focus, or equivalent professional experience in OT or product security
