Job Description
Meesho is seeking an Instructional Designer for the ValMo Training function within its Fulfillment and Experience team in Bengaluru. This full-on-site role involves creating and updating learning materials, designing engaging course content, and producing video assets to support e-commerce logistics operations.
Meesho operates an e-commerce platform that aims to democratize internet commerce in India, connecting small sellers with a diverse customer base through logistics and technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new training tools and materials to ensure current resources are available
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to align designs with organizational goals
- Create engaging learning activities and course content targeting specific audience knowledge gaps
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Produce video content and animations as needed
- Write effective instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a creative design or similar role
- Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, VYOND, Canva, and Articulate Storyline 360
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software such as After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Knowledge of UX and UI design principles for web and mobile
- Basic knowledge of HTML and Flash programming
- Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with strong business acumen
