The primary responsibility of this role is delivering telephone-based, solution-focused counselling and informational support to employees of client companies. Practitioners will offer evidence-based counselling within a short-term framework. The ideal candidate must be willing to relocate to Malaysia, as the employer sponsors the work permit while the individual covers their own accommodation and relocation expenses. Proficiency in both Tagalog and English is required for the position.
Responsibilities
- Deliver telephone-based, solution-focused counselling and informational support to client company employees
- Provide evidence-based counselling within a short-term framework
Requirements
- Willingness to relocate to Malaysia
- Active and valid registration with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as a Registered Psychologist or Registered Psychometrician, or a valid license to practice counselling if holding a master's degree in counselling
- Ability to provide counselling within a short-term framework
- Fluency in Tagalog and English languages
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Master's degree in Psychology or Counselling
- Prior experience working in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) field
