Arista Networks seeks an Integrated Planner focused on Campus Items to join their team in a remote capacity. Candidates located near the Hanoi or Bắc Giang areas are preferred for this position. The employer is a recognized leader in client-to-cloud networking, delivering data-driven solutions for large routing, campus, and data center environments by utilizing software-defined networking, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing technologies. In this full-time role, the selected professional will support fulfillment readiness within a rapidly expanding segment of the business. The job entails collaborating closely with manufacturing and sales operation leadership, as well as various internal cross-functional divisions.

This position is well-suited for supply chain professionals who want to help design modern, innovative supply chain frameworks. Responsibilities include translating upcoming demand and key deals into actionable manufacturing schedules for contract manufacturers and original design manufacturers, reviewing forecast changes, and balancing supply chain factors to streamline fulfillment. Additionally, the planner will align with product management and planning peers, track key performance indicators to satisfy campus service level agreements, and build out planning tools and processes to drive scalability, accuracy, and operational efficiency. Applicants must possess a legal right to work in Vietnam and should note their current visa or work authorization status when applying.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product management and planning teams to understand future demand and critical deals
  • Convert projected demand into production schedules for contract manufacturer and original design manufacturer partners
  • Evaluate forecast variations and supply chain variables to optimize scheduling for production and fulfillment
  • Partner with internal teams and site operations to achieve consensus on operational strategies
  • Establish and update site metrics and key performance indicators to satisfy campus service level agreements
  • Design and upgrade planning processes and tools to boost efficiency, precision, and scalability

Requirements

  • At least five years of manufacturing planning experience in a related sector
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting
  • Comfort collaborating across multiple time zones and cultures
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Legal right to work in Vietnam

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, or a related field
  • Prior experience working with SAP
