Rareminds is hiring an Integration Lead for a remote, full-time position. In this hands-on technical role, the professional will manage the complete execution of enterprise resource planning integrations for Flick. Responsibilities include handling data extraction and transformation from various enterprise platforms, mapping source fields to regional compliance standards, and deploying on-premise connectors in client environments. The Integration Lead will also establish integration playbooks for systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Zoho, while mentoring integration consultants and implementation analysts on technical methods. This position suits an experienced specialist who prefers hands-on configuration, middleware work, and payload troubleshooting over purely supervisory duties.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire integration work stream on enterprise deployments from initial discovery through post-launch hyper care
- Design and execute data extraction and transformation using APIs, middleware flows, database views, scheduled file transfers, and on-premise connectors
- Map client source fields to international compliance formats including PINT AE, ZATCA, MyInvois, FIRS, and Fawtara
- Create and update integration playbooks for major enterprise resource planning software
- Deploy and troubleshoot local connectors and AS4 transport within client-managed infrastructures
- Resolve technical escalation issues by analyzing payloads and identifying system faults
- Manage user acceptance testing by creating test datasets, running validation cycles, and resolving defects
Requirements
