In this role, the analyst will set up and maintain critical connections for surgery center clients and their business partners, collaborating closely with internal personnel, client IT departments, and external vendors.

- Monitor active connections, troubleshoot operational issues, and route problems to development personnel when necessary
- Perform application verification and quality assurance testing for interface products
- Document setup workflows and track system modifications
- Find opportunities to optimize and streamline integration rollouts
Requirements
- Possess two to three years of professional experience working in computer systems, information technology, computer science, or a related discipline
- Demonstrate working familiarity with integration concepts like APIs, HL7, databases, client-server models, querying software, and communication protocols
- Exhibit strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Manage workloads and backlogs effectively inside a fast-paced setting
- Deliver strong customer service and detailed, clear documentation
- Work autonomously and collaborate smoothly within an integrated team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree alongside a minimum of three years of diversified corporate technical support experience
- Associate or technical school degree combined with at least five years of diversified corporate technical support experience
- Familiarity with SQL
- Prior exposure to Mirth or alternative healthcare data engines
