Prospex CRM is seeking an Interior Designer to manage complete design lifecycles from initial concepts to final visualizations. This fully remote position is based in Egypt and offers flexible working hours within a supportive team setting. The role centers strictly on creative execution and technical drafting, meaning there is no need to manage vendors or coordinate with contractors.
This opportunity is designed for creative professionals who want to dedicate their time entirely to interior design craftsmanship. Candidates will handle diverse assignments, preparing comprehensive design packages, technical layouts, and photorealistic 3D renders for various projects.
Responsibilities
- Build interior concepts and mood boards utilizing client briefs
- Draft detailed floor plans, space planning layouts, and construction documents
- Plan electrical systems including lighting configurations and switch and socket positioning
- Draft plumbing and sanitary layouts when necessary
- Choose and specify appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures
- Generate photorealistic 3D renders and walkthrough visualizations
- Assemble complete technical documentation and design packages
- Adjust designs according to client feedback
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, software, and materials
Requirements
- At least two years of professional background in interior design
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD for technical layouts and drawings
- Familiarity with rendering programs such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Lumion
- Experience using modeling applications like SketchUp or Revit
- Capability to create electrical and plumbing layout drawings
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for presentations and mood boards
- A portfolio demonstrating work from initial concepts to final renders
- Professional communication abilities in both English and Arabic
