Trainees take on practical projects alongside the company's seasoned staff. The curriculum centers on natural language processing, retrieval-augmented generation and software deployment. Participants train and ship machine learning models, link them to vector search systems, and build APIs with FastAPI. The work also includes packaging services in Docker, configuring CI/CD pipelines for testing and release, and preparing data for large-scale pipelines. Trainees get exposure to Python and to cloud providers including AWS, Google Cloud and Azure.

- Python skill and experience building APIs with frameworks such as FastAPI
- Analytical problem solving and careful attention to detail
