In this role, the selected professional will deliver retirement plan expertise, guidance, and advice directly to plan participants. Responsibilities include fielding incoming participant inquiries, conducting portfolio and risk assessments, calculating retirement projections, and educating individuals on distribution options and contribution strategies. Additionally, the specialist will consult with field representatives and program directors to support territory sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Offer specialized services such as automated account management when suitable
  • Calculate retirement projections and counsel participants on outcomes
  • Educate individuals on distribution, transfer, and consolidation options
  • Partner with field Retirement Specialists and Program Directors to support business sales goals
  • Consult on market trends, competitive intelligence, legislation, and investment performance within assigned territories

Requirements

  • Hold FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses
  • Hold a Life and Health license
  • Accumulate at least two years of experience in a relationship or sales-driven role
  • Reside within the lower 48 United States

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate coursework in business, finance, communications, marketing, or a related discipline
  • Experience working in a sales call center setting
  • Background within the financial services industry
  • Familiarity with defined contribution plans
  • Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English
