In this remote position, the chosen professional will help execute the supply plan across multiple product categories to ensure patient needs are met with properly timed and located inventory. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Supply Planning, this individual coordinates day-to-day purchasing, tracks orders, manages inventory allocation, and handles operational workflows across the supplier and pharmacy network. The position requires collaboration with suppliers, quality assurance, logistics, inventory control, and pharmacy operations to investigate discrepancies, monitor open orders, and prevent execution bottlenecks. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in NetSuite, producing operational reports, and standardizing supply planning workflows. Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory allocation to keep pharmacy stock levels balanced with storage and shipping limits
- Organize inventory transfers between the pharmacy and distribution network
- Track vendor acknowledgements, production updates, shipment progress, and delivery schedules
- Monitor open orders and metrics to flag potential shortages for the Senior Supply Planning Analyst
- Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve shipping delays and receiving discrepancies
- Update order status data in NetSuite and other supply planning platforms
- Help refine supply planning workflows and standardize operational processes
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in supply chain, purchasing, inventory management, logistics, or operations
- Hands-on background managing purchase orders, inventory movement, shipment tracking, or replenishment workflows
- Advanced analytical abilities with strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
- Familiarity working within an ERP, inventory management, or supply planning platform
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
