The company supports large global brands by automating customer journeys through a no-code platform backed by investors including Index Ventures, Y Combinator, and WndrCo.
This hands-on role involves overseeing daily internal information technology functions, systems, and support infrastructure for a distributed organization. The person in this position will collaborate closely with compliance, engineering, DevOps, people operations, and general operations departments to guarantee that employees possess secure and dependable access to necessary tools.
Key duties encompass managing end-user support, device management, vendor relationships, system administration across tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra, and supporting audit frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Candidates should enjoy solving problems independently, possess strong organizational skills, and have experience maintaining IT controls within high-growth software-as-a-service or remote environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily information technology operations including end-user support, troubleshooting, and device management for a distributed workforce
- Handle onboarding and offboarding workflows, provisioning and deprovisioning systems and access rights
- Participate in after-hours and on-call support rotations to address critical incidents
- Administer core business systems such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, Slack, Zoom, and endpoint management tools
- Partner with the compliance team to enforce security standards, support audits like SOC 2, and maintain system integrity
- Build and scale internal workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and standardize asset management
- Oversee technology vendors, software licenses, subscriptions, and inventory tracking
Requirements
- 5 to 8 or more years of professional background in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations
- Hands-on administrative knowledge of Google Workspace, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365
- Experience using endpoint management solutions such as Jamf, Kandji, or Intune
- Familiarity with ticketing platforms including Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow
- Working understanding of access management, information security best practices, and global privacy frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI DSS
- Background supporting distributed or global teams within high-growth, SaaS, or remote-first organizations
- Experience maintaining internal controls and supporting audits within regulated sectors like healthcare, finance, insurance, or government
