  • Drive Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Azure cloud deployments and migrations
  • Configure on-premises and online SharePoint platforms and collaboration tools
  • Implement and troubleshoot backup and disaster recovery utilities like Veeam and Barracuda
  • Attend client calls as the senior technical resource to answer complex questions and guide execution
  • Collaborate internally with sales and project management groups to meet scope and delivery timelines
  • Mentor junior technicians and perform quality assurance checks on project deliverables
  • Record all client configurations, procedures, and environment details in the documentation platform

Requirements

  • Possess five to eight or more years of background in systems engineering, senior systems administration, or IT infrastructure
  • Demonstrate a history of executing end-to-end server, network, and cloud migration initiatives
  • Have multi-client environment experience handling diverse technology stacks across different organizations
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of macOS and Windows 10 and 11
  • Demonstrate advanced hands-on experience with Windows Server administration and Hyper-V virtualization
  • Show strong working capability with VMware ESXi, LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, routing, and switching
  • Have hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure cloud services
  • Possess working knowledge of core AWS services including EC2, S3, networking, and IAM
  • Show proficiency in scripting via PowerShell or Azure CLI
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent tasks independently

Qualifications

  • Hold a Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator or Solutions Architect certification
  • Hold a VMware VCP credential
  • Hold CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certifications
  • Bring prior Managed Service Provider background
  • Familiarity with VoIP, Microsoft Teams, Autotask PSA, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code
