Coins.ph, a BSP-regulated crypto and e-money company in Manila, is hiring an IT Security and Systems Compliance Specialist on a hybrid, full-time basis. The specialist supports the IT Compliance Officer by running access governance, ITGC and critical-system reviews, checking compliance tools and vendors, and preparing evidence for regulator examinations and audits. The role also tracks control gaps and follows through on remediation with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support IT compliance with applicable regulations and keep supporting documentation and trackers current.
- Run IT security, access governance and ITGC reviews on critical systems.
- Review compliance controls for payment, custody, screening and Travel Rule systems.
- Assess IT vendors and third parties and monitor remediation of findings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, business, finance or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on IT compliance, IT risk, IT audit or security governance experience.
- Hands-on experience with ITGC, access reviews, vendor due diligence and audit evidence.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with BSP requirements and experience supporting regulatory exams or audits.
- Experience with GRC or access governance tools, and SQL for validating system data.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT or SOC 1 and SOC 2 frameworks.
