In this role, the professional will concentrate on the technical deployment of integrations within the Ivalua platform, taking ownership of assigned integration subjects and collaborating alongside client IT groups and functional consultants to maintain dependable data streams. The person in this position will handle tasks such as setting up and configuring integrations, utilizing the Ivalua Integration Framework, building API-driven and batch integrations, and establishing data mapping and transformation logic using XML and JSON. Additional duties include securing data quality by averting duplicates, facilitating partial updates, managing joint master data ownership, executing technical testing, troubleshooting issues, and monitoring productive integrations. Furthermore, the professional will participate in solution design, effort estimations, technical discussions, internal knowledge sharing, and quality reviews of technical outputs.

Responsibilities
- Implement and configure integrations inside the Ivalua platform
- Build API-based and batch integrations utilizing the Ivalua Integration Framework
- Define and build data mappings and transformation logic using XML and JSON
- Maintain data quality by preventing duplicates, supporting partial updates, and managing joint master data ownership
- Create technical integration and mapping specifications
- Perform unit, system, and end-to-end technical tests
- Investigate and fix integration and data problems
- Monitor and stabilize productive Ivalua integrations
- Take charge of assigned Ivalua integration topics and work with client IT teams and functional consultants
- Contribute to solution design, technical discussions, and effort estimations
- Review technical deliverables to ensure quality and support internal knowledge sharing
- Help develop internal standards, best practices, and templates
Requirements
- Approximately two to three years of solid hands-on experience with the Ivalua platform, with a focus on integrations
- Familiarity with the Ivalua Integration Framework
- Good understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and SQL
- Capacity to independently implement and troubleshoot integrations
- Structured and solution-driven approach to work
- High quality standards and a strong sense of ownership
Qualifications
- Experience with ERP integrations including SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, and MS Dynamics
- Familiarity with SAP IDocs, BAPIs, or RFCs
- Background with middleware tools such as SAP CPI/PO, MuleSoft, or Boomi
- Basic knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay procedures
- Hold Ivalua certifications in Integration, Platform, or Functional areas
