Responsibilities
- Assist with headhunting and prospecting tasks by cultivating talent pipelines and maintaining early candidate connections
- Identify applicants through varied sourcing avenues and evaluate submissions against strict standards
- Manage recruitment coordination by tracking progression, roadblocks, and final results for open positions
- Administer candidate interviews and manage various assessment stages
- Collaborate directly with hiring managers regarding expectations, evaluation feedback, and scheduling
- Provide status updates to leadership and colleagues
- Handle extra duties as required within a dynamic startup setting
Requirements
- Bring at least six months of background in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Demonstrate rigorous follow-up habits and strong attention to detail
- Exhibit proficient written and spoken English communication abilities
- Commit to working Monday through Friday between 3:00 PM and 12:00 AM Philippine Time
