The organization is currently hiring a remote Junior AI Forward Engineer to join the Foodics Online division.
This position is designed for an early-career technologist eager to integrate artificial intelligence into production-grade software. The selected candidate will develop intelligent features like predictive reorders, smart search functions, and menu translations using Flutter and Dart. Daily responsibilities include leveraging AI coding assistants to increase team velocity, authoring tests, resolving software defects, and participating in peer code reviews under the guidance of senior mentors.
The role suits an enthusiastic developer with zero to two years of professional background who has explored large language model APIs through practical personal or academic projects. Team members operate in an autonomous work environment alongside colleagues from more than 30 nationalities.
Responsibilities
- Develop artificial intelligence capabilities such as smart search, automated translations, recommendations, and reorder suggestions for the ordering application
- Utilize AI coding assistants daily to accelerate development workflows
- Write and maintain Flutter and Dart code, resolve bugs, implement tests, and participate in code reviews
- Collaborate with and learn alongside experienced senior engineers
Requirements
- Possess between zero and two years of relevant experience, including internships and robust personal projects
- Demonstrate familiarity with Flutter, Dart, mobile development, or frontend engineering
