Comprising more than 1,200 IT professionals, the organization serves as a partner for prominent brands across finance, banking, manufacturing, and retail by guiding their digital evolution from ideation to managed services.
Accesa is currently hiring a Junior Product Owner with German – Academy on a remote basis for full-time employment. In this capacity, you will support a core banking project that affects multiple banking areas.
This opportunity is well-suited for professionals who excel at bridging business and IT domains, managing product backlogs, and working alongside cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, UI/UX designers, and squad owners.
Responsibilities
- Identify, understand, and document business needs for a core banking project
- Moderate and facilitate interactions between business and technology stakeholders
- Define functional and non-functional requirements along with activity, context, and entity-relationship diagrams
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog for development
- Write and estimate user stories alongside the development team while setting acceptance criteria
- Propose and manage the product roadmap by understanding objectives, guiding stakeholders, and challenging priorities
- Execute functional testing tasks
- Train, mentor, and coach other Product Owners to scale knowledge across the organization
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in a similar role
- Strong capacity to comprehend the business context
- Practical experience using agile methodologies
- Effective communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to handle change within a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated client-facing and stakeholder management experience focused on customer needs and business value
- Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written
