Responsibilities
- Support all stages of litigation for opioid cases and other high-profile federal matters
- Assist attorneys with trial preparations and assigned legal tasks

- Utilize electronic databases to organize, index, tag, review, and summarize litigation materials
- Perform database searches for documents and information
- Resolve technical issues related to review platforms and tools

Requirements
- U.S. citizenship
- Possess a law degree, be currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school with at least two years completed, or have equivalent legal training, education, or experience
- Minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in litigation support or task order projects
- Working knowledge of state and federal court systems, legal research procedures, and resources
- Strong written and oral communication skills with proficiency in tools like LEXIS and Westlaw
- Hands-on familiarity with computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, imaging, and document review databases
- Familiarity with ESI tools and eDiscovery procedures
Qualifications
- Active member of the Bar in any U.S. jurisdiction
- Experience in civil litigation, particularly involving complex federal cases and jury trials
