This full-time, on-site role in Nigeria builds and runs training and professional development programs for healthcare staff. The lead designs workshops, mentoring and e-learning, measures their impact on performance, and leads change management as new policies and technologies arrive.
Responsibilities
- Design, deliver and evaluate workshops, mentorship and e-learning programs.
- Work with department heads to assess training needs and fold learning into daily operations.
- Measure the impact of capacity-building activity and report results to senior management.
- Lead change management so staff can adapt to new policies, technologies and standards.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in healthcare training, organizational development or a related field, with at least 3 in a leadership role.
- Ability to develop training strategies, facilitate adult learning and manage cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Must be a resident of Imo State or open to relocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Human Resources, Education or a relevant discipline; a master's is preferred.
- Certification such as CIPD, PMP or an equivalent is an advantage.
