Job Description

InMobi is hiring a Lead Client Growth Manager for its Performance team in the Americas. The full-time, on-site role is based in New York. The team delivers performance solutions for mobile in-app advertising, drawing on SKAN capabilities, a large in-app mobile exchange, and inventory from global telco and device maker partnerships. The role has a visible place in shaping client growth strategy in a fast-changing part of digital advertising.

The manager builds deep client relationships with the aim of becoming a strategic partner. Getting a handle on what advertisers want to achieve, which metrics they watch, and the operational details like integrations, creative direction, supply and delivery tuning is part of the work, followed by driving campaign return on investment. The manager leads in-depth campaign analysis and reviews, gives data-led advice in weekly or bi-weekly discussions, and runs quarterly business reviews. Each account's revenue and delivery priorities get weekly tracking, with insights shared for executive reporting.

Quarterly targets for retention, revenue and margin are the manager's responsibility, along with identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The role works with sales on account planning and with traders, ad operations and sales engineering to work with outside partners like measurement firms, viewability vendors, data platforms and attribution providers. The manager also serves as a product specialist inside the market, giving feedback to product and engineering teams.

The posting requires eight-plus years of work history, with three to four-plus of them in programmatic or demand-side advertising, preferably from performance or growth marketing settings. Experience with DSPs or MMPs is strongly preferred, along with a record of client-facing results and account expansion. Candidates need proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Power BI and Tableau, and an undergraduate degree from a recognized university is required. Degrees in ad, marketing, business or science-technology fields count in the candidate's favour.
